Video: Is PCI Doing Enough?

In September, the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council hosted its annual North American Community Meeting, in Orlando, Fla. The meeting, which attracted PCI Qualified Security Assessors, payments vendors, merchants, financial institutions and processors from throughout the world, was the council's best-attended Community Meeting; and the payments industry was loaded with questions about security compliance and the impact emerging technologies such as EMV chip payments, end-to-end encryption and tokenization are expected to have on the industry overall.

BankInfoSecurity.com's Tracy Kitten interviewed attendees and members of the PCI Council during the event, to get highlights about the new PCI guidance, which the council released earlier this month.
