Howe has been an investor, executive and entrepreneur in technology and cybersecurity for over 25 years. Most recently, she served as chief strategy officer and senior vice president of strategy and operations at RSA, a global cybersecurity company, where she led corporate strategy, corporate development and planning, business development, global program management, business operations, security operations and federal business development. Prior to RSA, Howe served as the chief strategy officer of Endgame Inc.

Pelletier is the original founder of Pondurance. He started the company from his basement in 2008 and has over 25 years of cybersecurity advisory experience. He began his career as an officer in the U.S. Army, followed by nine years with Big Four firm EY. As a strong consensus builder and customer advocate, he is focused on evangelizing the Pondurance brand as well as achieving customer success.
