"Time management has been very instrumental in my career success. So if you need one hour of time to dedicate to a study, it is better to break down in 15-minutes time slots, as finding one hour for yourself might be tough," he says.

In a video interview with Information Security Media Group, as part of the CyberEdBoard's ongoing Profile in Leadership series, Nnaji also discusses:

  • How a CISO can balance work and learning;
  • Role of a leader in getting the best out of the team;
  • Upcoming technologies that excite him.

Nnaji is an accomplished data and information security strategist and practitioner with over 15 years of solid experience in the conception, engineering, design, delivery, operation and optimization of cyber, data and information security capabilities, risk management, networking, IT operations and project management.
