Bell has over 20 years of experience in information technology and cybersecurity. At C Spire, he directs the Office of Cybersecurity’s cross-functional teams in aiding each line of business in reducing risk while delivering services. His career experience spans a variety of leadership positions at tactical, operational and strategic levels of both government and the private sector. From his service in the U.S. Marine Corps and as a federal civilian employee to his role as systems analyst at the University of North Texas and senior network security architect with General Dynamics, he is very experienced in developing policies and configurations and securing infrastructure.
