North Brunswick, NJ ( May 22, 2006 – The Nebraska Bankers Association constantly monitors the banking scene, watchful for new ideas and approaches to help Nebraska’s financial institutions respond to an ever-changing environment. Priorities include legislative representation, education, industry promotion and public relations, cost-saving products and services, and an array of other services designed to meet the needs of Nebraska’s banks and savings and loan institutions.

The Nebraska Bankers Association publishes a magazine covering a wide range of issues which includes information security. For the July/August issue, the magazine will include two articles from

The first article, entitle “Managed Security Services – Part 1: The Benefits of Outsourcing Security”, deals with the trend of banks, credit unions, and financial services organizations outsourcing their information security programs and controls to overseas companies.
