The information security world has been beset by the emergence of multiple side-channel attacks, including Meltdown, Spectre and most recently Spoiler, that have proven difficult to fully fix, says Bill Conner of SonicWall.

Conner, president and CEO of SonicWall, is a 30-year security, data and infrastructure veteran who has worked across numerous high-tech industries. SonicWall, was acquired as a carve out from Dell by Francisco Partners and Elliott Management in November of 2016.
