Marks, CPA, is Vice President, Evangelist, Business Analytics at SAP, where he focuses on thought leadership around governance, risk management, compliance, internal audit, enterprise performance, and business intelligence. Prior to Business Objects' acquisition by SAP in 2008, he was their Vice President of Internal Audit responsible for internal auditing, the Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 (SOX) program, risk management, and license compliance.
He has been chief audit executive of major global corporations for over 15 years, and is a recognized thought leader in the profession of internal auditing.
