To build continuous monitoring and visibility strategy, he says, "identifying a section of a team that is doing this continuous attack surface discovery program is important, and there is a need to build purpose-built sensors to identify containers, mobile devices, cloud workloads, dark web data and premier devices to discover the unknowns."

In a video interview with Information Security Media Group at ISMG's Cybersecurity Summit in New Delhi, Jyotiprakash discusses:

  • How to enhance the security posture of the organization in the perimeterless environment;
  • Building adequate visibility across systems;
  • Using automation for building an effective integration and orchestration program.

Jyotiprakash is vice president - Asia at Qualys, responsible for sales, marketing, channel management and company success in the region. With more than 18 years of multi-industry experience, he is a cybersecurity evangelist and has held leadership roles at major technology companies.
