There is a big difference between cyber resilience and security, even though the challenges across industries are almost the same. AT&T's LevelBlue Futures Report: Beyond the Barriers to Cyber Resilience is designed to help cyber stakeholders understand these differences and make more effective cyber resilience decisions, said Theresa Lanowitz, chief evangelist, AT&T Cybersecurity/LevelBlue.

"It is not just about cybersecurity controls that we are implementing. It is really about understanding what we are going to do to make business resilient," Lanowitz said, adding that the latest report was developed based on a survey of about 1,050 C-suite executives in 18 different countries, across seven different verticals. "We wanted to find out the big picture, which is: What are your barriers to cyber resilience?"
