Sirchis started working as a network engineer and evolved to become an information security engineer more than 15 years ago - as a security architect and project manager. Three years ago, she was named the CISO of the Discount Bank's eight affiliated subsidiaries and is also in charge of their cybersecurity guidance. Sirchis' latest mission is cyber innovation - searching for new and revolutionary cybersecurity solutions and guiding them toward their successful implementation.
