No sector took digital transformation as seriously as healthcare did. From remote work to multi-cloud environments to new digital healthcare experiences for patients, it's a brave new world - with new risks. Anahi Santiago of ChristianaCare discusses these risks and how to mitigate them.
In this video interview with Information Security Media Group at ISMG's Healthcare Cybersecurity Summit, Santiago also discussed:
- How to be a less likely ransomware victim;
- How to better protect medical devices;
- New vulnerabilities that digitally transformed entities must defend.
Santiago has overall responsibility for the organization's cybersecurity and assurance program. She is also a contributor and member of several local, state and federal cybersecurity organizations, including the Healthcare Sector Coordinating Council's Cybersecurity Working Group, the Delaware Healthcare Cybersecurity Alliance and the Philadelphia’s Women and Cybersecurity group. Prior to ChristianaCare, Santiago spent over 10 years as the information security and privacy officer at Einstein Healthcare Network.
