Beyond the Cost Center: Building Cyber Risk Management

CISOs should strive to elevate cybersecurity from a "cost center" to a strategic "business risk," he said. Trend Micro is addressing this by building more cyber risk capabilities into its tools, helping CISOs quantify risks to their boards.
"There are a lot of businesses that have boards but don't have that expertise, so it is a challenge for a lot of organizations today," he said.
