Vivian Tero
Senior Manager, Product Marketing, Illumio
Vivian supports the Illumio Core platform and helps enterprise and federal customers evaluate how Illumio can be used to meet compliance and zero-trust technical controls.
In this role, she developed reference architectures and controls mapping guide of Illumio capabilities to regulatory and security industry standards like PCI-DSS, SWIFT CSF, NIST 800-53, CIS/SANS Top 20 Controls, and NIST 800-207 (Zero Trust).
She also lead the cross-functional team that crafted Illumio’s responses to the proposed Zero Trust Architecture framework, maturity model, cloud security and technical reference architecture documents from DHS/CISA, OMB and NIST. She also represents Illumio in the ATARC Zero Trust Working Group and the GSA Zero Trust Working Group.
Prior to Illumio, she held product management and product marketing roles with ServiceNow and Symantec, specializing on risk, server security, compliance and ITOM products.
Vivian has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Physics and an MBA with a concentration in IT Management.
