As a former assistant U.S. attorney and counsel to the Deputy Attorney General, Pryor has unique experience handling a myriad of legal matters. He was a member of Georgia's Judicial Nominating Committee under Governor Perdue and currently serves on the Board of Visitors at the University of Georgia School of Law. Pryor's practice focuses on: corporate compliance; health care litigation; defending and investigating the following types of matters: False Claims Act; Foreign Corrupt Practice Act (FCPA); cyber intrusion and data breach; state AG investigations related to consumer protection issues including, but not limited to, deceptive and unfair trade practices; and conducting internal corporate investigations.
