RANDY S. CHARTASH has been an Assistant United States Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia since mid-1991. He is the Chief of the Economic Crime Unit. He has conducted all phases of criminal prosecutions with special emphasis on white-collar crimes. AUSA Chartash received his JD from the University of Miami School of Law and was a federal clerk in the Southern District of Florida to Judge W.O. Mehrtens and Judge C. Clyde Atkins. AUSA Chartash graduated from the University at Albany with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
