Strozer is a leading researcher and practitioner with the CERT® Program at Carnegie Mellon University's Software Engineering Institute. A Fulbright Scholar, Presidential Management Fellow, and Inventor with over eighteen years of international security, emergency planning and disaster response experience, Strozer delves into the nexus between the external and internal threat to determine what organizations can do to increase resiliency in the face of increasing risk. Strozer has provided strategic insight and support to multiple Departments and Agencies within the United States Government, leading universities, Fortune 500 companies, and other organizations domestically and internationally. Strozer earned his Master's in International Security Policy Studies and his Bachelors in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
