He is President of James Lam & Associates, a risk management consulting firm that serves clients across all industry sectors. As a board director, James currently serves as an independent director and audit committee member of World Gold Trust Services and WGC USA Asset Management. He is also a board director of the FAIR Institute. Previously, James served as a board director, chair of the risk oversight committee, and member of the audit committee of E*TRADE Financial and E*TRADE Bank.
