Offer Baruch and Richard Fisher join Houston-based critical infrastructure security solution provider
HOUSTON (Aug. 8, 2006) - Infrastruct Security Inc. has named two internationally-recognized security experts to its executive team - Offer Baruch as Senior Consultant and Richard Fisher as Executive Vice President and Chief Security Officer, announced Daniel Weiss, Founder, CEO, and President.
Offer Baruch, a former Israeli Security Service agent, brings extensive experience in counter-terrorism and counter-intelligence systems, especially Islamic fundamental groups, such as Hamas and Islamic Jihad to his role at Infrastruct Security.
Baruch has been involved in the investigation of hundreds of terrorist incidents, as well as serving on several diplomatic missions during his time in the Israeli Foreign Ministry. The missions included high-threat posts in Egypt and Jordan, where he facilitated executive protection security details for diplomats and expatriates.
