Courts is responsible for coordinating product, corporate, and field marketing programs across North America, Europe, Middle East and India at Seclore.

Prior to Seclore, she was Chief Marketing Officer for FoxT, a provider of access management software, where she helped the company increase market share, resulting in an acquisition in 2013. Other positions she has held including Managing Director of EMEAs for ActionPoint, Director of Product Marketing for Chordiant Software, and a variety of marketing roles at NCR in the document management and workflow product division.
