Special Agent, U.S. Secret Service
Dant is currently assigned to the General Crimes Squad within the Secret Service Newark Field Office, where he devotes his time to the Financial Crimes Task Force, developing new investigative tactics to efficiently prevent fraud and identify members of large-scale criminal groups. As part of his duties, Dant is also building a dedicated New Jersey-based fraud working group, known as New Jersey Credit Card and Computer Crimes. He is also working to develop a quick response team of forensic examiners and investigators to respond to new high-tech criminal groups acting in an organized capacity for targeted frauds. Dant began his career with the Secret Service in 2003, where he was hired as a uniformed division officer, responsible for various functions at the White House.
